The wooden house is located in the small sub-Velebit village of Brušane, and is part of the Velebit Nature Park. It is not on the main road, and is protected from prying eyes. Peace, view and contact with nature is the basic offer of this house.

On the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen and dining area, bathroom, small storage room and a large terrace of 14 m², on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with 3 beds. The total capacity is 8 people.
