Anemona House

Anemona House is located in the heart of the Plitvice Lakes National Park, right next to the stream Plitvica, which turns 500 meters from the house into the Great Waterfall, the most famous attraction of Plitvice Lakes, and also the highest waterfall in Croatia. Only a ten-minute stroll from Anemona House takes to one of the most beautiful viewpoint in the Park, where every visitor will make his or her own memory: a photo with impressive waterfalls called Sastavci with the Korana River springing under the base of the falls and the Great Waterfall in the background.

Anemona House - The holiday home is a legacy of my grandfather and my father, and has been a haven of my family for decades since the bustle of the city. After the renovation, in 2016 we opened it to visitors from all over the world. The house can accommodate up to 7 guests, and our guests are families with children, friends, couples... everyone has a common guiding holiday in a rural environment, rich in water, forests, diverse plant and animal species. All guests' care is taken solely by my family: my husband, my son and me.

Anemona House is surrounded by old, tall pinetrees, and after a walk in the park, guests can spend time in the garden with a barbecue. The house is spacious and contains the following rooms: The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, large living room and bathroom. Upstairs there are three rooms (two double and one triple) and a bathroom. As the years pass, so do the habits of tourists, and in recent years the trend is to stay briefly in one place but our guests on departure almost invariably tell us: ''If at least we planned to stay a little longer ...''
