Falkon's nest

SOKOL Feel Good Estate began as a family project, initiated by Božica, a Master of Agronomy, and Krešimir, a Master of Economics and Tourism. Both of them decided to channel their love for nature, local food, and creating their own products into a family business. Their belief in Lika as Croatia's future hit tourist region began with the purchase of a century-old estate in 2016, located in the hamlet of Kijani, near Gračac.

In 2017, the estate became known for organizing teambuilding events for individuals and businesses, with a focus on paintball as the main activity.
By 2020/2021, the project to landscape the estate was completed, dogwood orchards were planted, numerous amenities were added, and the sale of their own natural juices began. As client demand and interest in accommodation grew, in 2023/2024, holiday homes for 20 people were built and opened for use, along with a tavern/tasting room with a capacity for 50 seats, a children's playground, and a production facility for making juices, spirits, and liqueurs.

The tavern offers various tasting packages featuring their own products, as well as those from the Lika region, and all tasted products can be purchased in the shop located within the fruit processing facility.
Since its founding, the company Lički sokol d.o.o. has successfully applied for and implemented various measures from European funds, which has certainly greatly accelerated the development of the estate and elevated the business to a higher level.

Falcon's Nest House is a special traditional Lika house, built in a modern way, with a 4-star rating. It is visually separated from the rest of the estate, providing privacy for its guests.
The house has a capacity for 9 + 2 people, featuring 3 double rooms and 1 triple room, along with 2 additional beds.
It includes 3 bathrooms + 1 WC, and offers the following amenities:

• Indoor infrared sauna
• Outdoor jacuzzi heated by pellets
• Heated outdoor pool with terrace and relaxation area
• Outdoor gazebo enclosed with heaters and a grill
• Children's playground
• Bocce court
• Netflix, team games
