Family Farm Bubamara

Bogdanić Helena family farm (OPG) from Otočac has existed since 2014. Love for nature and the environment are the basis of OPG's existence and business, but also the basis for further development. The farm owns a garden and an orchard under the house with an area of 5,500 m2, located along the very course of the Gacka river, which are planted with numerous crops of fruits and vegetables as well as ornamental plants and plants (annual and perennial). The value of the farm is also in the fact that it is in the Register of Organic Producers and deals with the organic cultivation of fruits and vegetables, as well as the processing of its own organic cultivation. Among the valuable organic products and by-products of this farm, which keep customers coming back, are nettle syrup and elderflower syrup, made in the traditional way. The region where the economy is located is a competitive advantage and the biggest guarantee for the success and development of this economy.
