Nikola Baričević has been active in food production for 12 years, and for 40 years in clay and souvenir and practical item making. He has been using the name of  Lička štrudla j.d.o.o. since 2016. The Lika strudel mark is protected in the State intellectual property office, and all the products carry the mark of handcraft.

The strudel is made traditionally, following an old Lika recipe, does not contain any conservatives or artificial coloring. The Lika strudel has won the award as the second best product at the „Vrijedne ruke (skillful hands, author's comment)“ competition in 2012.

Having mentioned making of the clay products, it is a 40-year-long tradition. The products can be practical items, as well as decorative ones, depending on the size, and those items are the Lika peka, rukatka and lonac.

Beside selling the products in their own object, stores and catering objects in Lika, the products can also be found in the Interspar shopping center. The mark was protected in the State intellectual property office as a figurative stamp.
