Holiday home "Villa Synacz" is a century-old two-story house with authentic local history. It is located in the village of Sinac, near Majerov Vril and the Gacka River, surrounded by greenery, mountains and forests. Guests have the entire house at their disposal, a living space of 100 m2, which includes a kitchen with a dining area, a living room, three bedrooms (5 beds) and a bathroom. The house is located on 1200 m2 of landscaped and fenced grounds with a children's corner and a garden house where you can have breakfast with the chirping of birds, spend a pleasant afternoon or evening, while the children enjoy carefree play. The entire house exudes tradition and is decorated in an antique style. Built of stone, it provides pleasant freshness in the summer days and there is a fireplace in the winter.

The location is ideal for exploring and active vacations. The surrounding area is popular among cycling enthusiasts and it is possible to enjoy various activities such as fishing, canoeing, hiking, mountaineering, visiting three national parks (Plitvice Lakes, Velebit, Paklenica) or the sea.

Guests are allowed to pick organically grown fruits and vegetables as well as taste products (juices and jams). They can also get acquainted with some traditional crafts of this region (weaving, knitting, felting, embroidery).

The facility is classified and categorized as 3-star accommodation, has free WiFi and private parking. Pets are allowed.
