Holiday home “Villa Synocz” is a 100-year-old house with authentic local history. It is in the village “Sinac”, very close to the “Majerovo Vrilo” and the river Gacka, surrounded by mountains, woods and greenery.

Visitors are welcome to use all the 100 m2 of living space with the kitchen, living room, two bedrooms (total of 5 beds) and the bathroom. The surrounding garden with the fence has an area for kids and a garden house, where you can have breakfast and listen to the birds singing, or simply enjoy your time with your loved ones in the morning or evening. The house has an authentic look inspired by our local history. It is built in stone and especially pleasant to enjoy in summer months.

This location is perfect for active holiday and visitors who love to explore. You can enjoy various activities, such as fishing, canoeing, walking, climbing or visiting one of the three national parks nearby (Plitvice Lakes, Velebit or Paklenica”. Also, the coast is 45 minutes away.

Visitors can enjoy freshly grown and organic fruit and vegetables or try our home-made juices and jams. Also, if you are interested in one of the old crafts from this area, such as weaving, knitting and embroidery, you will have an opportunity to learn about it.

The house is categorized as a 3-star facility with a free Wi-Fi and parking place. Pets are allowed.
