Oak House

OAK house is a vacation house **** located in the heart of Lika, not far from the town of Gospić, in the small village of Rizvanuša, immersed in Velebit Nature Park itself.

The house is a modern interpretation of Lika’s holiday homes with lots of oak wood, warm colours and natural materials, oriented so it can take advantage of wonderful views.

Owners and interior stylist AK from Studio AM share the same sensibility and love for Belgian modern style that served as a starting point for designing spaces and unique art. You can't escape the feeling of wholeness... The spaces seamlessly blend into each other.

The house can accommodate up to 8 people, with 3 comfortable bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom with a large bed and its own bathroom. The house also has a Finnish sauna for up to 6 people, as well as a children's playground, bicycles for adults and children and a Kamado EGG BBQ, as well as other facilities necessary for a pleasant stay. (free Wi-Fi, three smart TVs, Marshall Action II BT speaker , air conditioning, wood stove and central heating system, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen...)

Ideal for couples, friends and families with children who will come to appreciate the beauty of the house itself, surrounding nature and many activities/adventures offered close to the house (adventure centre Rizvan City, mountain trail Visočica, Memorial center Nikola Tesla...) or nearby Cave Park Grabovača, Cerovac Caves, Northern Velebit National Park...).
