VILLA IN THE PLITVICA LAKES NATIONAL PARK

Villa Lady Di Plitvice is located in the Plitvice Lakes National Park, in the small town of Gornji Babin potok. The house has a wonderful view of the pasture and the forest.

The approach to the house is from the main road. The house is decorated in a rustic, modern style. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, bathroom, bedroom, sauna with shower, and living room with kitchen and dining room.

Internal stairs lead to the upper floor where there are 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and an auxiliary toilet.

One room can be a living room for children, a study or a bedroom. The house has electric central heating and air conditioning. There are also many board games for all ages, TV and radio available in the house.

THE HOUSE IS IDEAL FOR FRIEND AND FAMILY GATHERINGS OR TEAMBUILDING

On the western part of the house there is a large open terrace, which can be accessed either from the living room or the entrance from the yard. Here you can enjoy the sun, on deckchairs or dine, and in the winter months when there is snow, it is ideal for children's games in the snow. Sleds for children are also available.

In the northern part of the living room, you can access a closed space where there is a large oven with an auxiliary kitchen, a large wooden oak table and benches, then a large bar table, and a corner for resting or drinking coffee. In this area there is also an area for entertainment: mini billiards, table football and darts. There is also a side entrance from the parking lot. There is also a wood-burning stove indoors for warmth and ambiance.

BEDROOMS

The house has 5 rooms. In three rooms there are double beds, in one room there are 2 beds of size 120*200, and in one room there is a day bed that can be for one person or can be opened into a bed 160*200 if necessary.

The room can be a bedroom, an auxiliary living room for children equipped with a TV, it can be a study or a playroom.

FULLY FURNISHED VILLA

In the living room there is a large leather corner sofa with an additional two-seater for the stay of all guests of the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances: oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, espresso machine, mixer, chopper, complete dishes, basic spices, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, stove, cutlery, as well as all kitchen utensils.

The house has air conditioning, TV, free WI-FI, Netflix. Heating is central with electricity. The house has 2 complete bathrooms with a toilet, then a separate additional shower with a sauna, an additional toilet.

A ROOM FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND SOCIALIZATION

From the living room you enter the social area. In this room, there is a large grill with complete equipment for grilling: various accessories, a baking tray, griddles and tripods.

In this room, there is a gas cooker and large containers for storing food. There is also a large wooden oak table with two wooden benches, as well as a large bar table with bar stools.

For fans of various games, there is table football, mini billiards and electronic darts. For those who enjoy relaxing and drinking coffee, there is a corner sofa and a television.

VILLA NEAR FAMOUS LIKA DESTINATION

The village of Gornji Babin Potok is located at an altitude of 778 meters above sea level. In the winter months, there is a lot of snow that stays for a long time. Near the house there are several slopes where children can enjoy the joys of winter. The nearest public ski resort is Mukinje, which is approx. 30 km or half an hour's drive away.
