Lika Quality products are now also available in Karlobag!

Guided by the idea of ​​expanding the sale of Lika Quality products, except in the national parks Plitvička Jezera and Paklenica, the Agricultural Cooperative Lika Coop today opened a new point of sale in Karlobag, an attractive and tourist-interesting destination, in the Tušak market, where there is a great opportunity for presentation and sales local products, such as cheese and dairy products, brandy and liqueurs, cosmetics, souvenirs and other handicrafts, both for local people and for local and foreign tourists.

The joint forces of the Lika Coop Agricultural Cooperative and the Lika Destination Cluster are expanding sales and increasing the visibility of the work. Products with the Lika Quality mark are produced in the area of ​​the Lika destination in accordance with all legal regulations, and are characterized by a higher level of quality and are rooted in tradition. Currently, there are 64 manufacturers with a total of 174 products that have passed the selection criteria of the Lika Quality system.

Lika Quality is guided by the philosophy of sustainable development because it encourages greater local production and consumption and thus supports the jobs of the local population and family farms, while the system guarantees quality and local production based on tradition, and local producers are involved in tourism development.
