One of the significant recognitions that the destination has gained is the double inclusion in the list of Top 100 sustainable destinations in the world, by which Lika is recognized as an example of sustainable tourism on a global level.

The recognition in the form of the Green Destinations bronze award for 2024 is especially important. This prestigious award confirms that the Lika destination meets the high sustainability standards set by international experts. The Green Destinations certificate further highlights Lika as a destination that invests efforts in preserving natural resources and cares about the long-term sustainability of the local community.

Also, the average number of overnight stays in the destination was successfully extended, which is the result of quality content and comprehensive promotion.
